Our company reserves the right to make any changes to any of the information provided without any prior notice. Due to manufacturer’ price increase, prices are subject to change without any notice. Orders will be billed at prices in effect at the time of order. Please verify all prices at the time of order. Customer is to pay shipping fee and tax. Transportation companies are sole responsible for any shipment damages or discrepancies once the shipment left our place. The customer is responsible for inspecting the order upon receipt. Scrubber City, Inc is not responsible for damage or order shortage if the customer has signed for the goods and does not make a note of damages on the shipping receipt.


All payments are to be made in US Funds. We accept the following method of payment: money order, credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express), PayPal and wire transfer. We do NOT offer C.O.D as an option of payment. Customer is responsible for all fees and charges imposed in association with the wire transfer. Customer is responsible for all fees, taxes, tariffs and other charges for shipments inside and outside US.


Sales tax will be applied to all purchases picked up or shipped to any address in Illinois. If your organization is tax exempt, please provide us a valid copy of your tax exempt certificate issued by Dept of Revenue.


COVID19 Update: Effective 05/01/2020 we are not able to guarantee same day shipping for any orders including expedited, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders. All expedited orders (2nd Day and Next Day) will be shipped within 24 hours (1 working day), if placed and confirmed by phone or email by 1:00 PM Central Time. Expedited orders confirmed after 1:00 PM CT will be shipped within 48 hours (2 working days).


No return of parts will be accepted without prior approval by Scrubber City, Inc. A complete Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA Number) must accompany all returns and can be obtained by contacting your Customer Service Representative (Toll free number: 855-727-8255 or Email: Unauthorized returns will be rejected or scrapped and NO CREDIT ISSUED.

All returned merchandise will be charged a 25% restocking fee unless covered by warranty or shipped in error. An RMA request must be filed within 21 days of receipt. Issued returns are only valid for 30 days. After 30 days, if no merchandise is received, return authorizations will be voided and no credit will be issued. Freight and shipping charges on all product(s) returned including warranted parts are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Be sure that all returned merchandise is in NEW selling condition. All goods must be clean in their original packaging, free of scratches, dents, rust, etc. Do not send back parts that are used or have a used appearance. Do not write on the merchandise or on the packaging.

The following are NON-RETURNABLE items:

  • Batteries (including AGM, Gel and Deep Cell Batteries)
  • Equipment (Floor scrubbers, sweepers, propane and electric buffers)
  • Electronic parts (circuit boards, controllers, relays, diodes, solenoids, etc.) – these items can only be exchanged, if an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) approves a warranty exchange
  • Electric motors and parts – approved warranty exchange only 90 days limited warranty
  • Engines – all engines carry a manufacturer warranty, cannot be returned
  • Used goods and special order items.
